When you write in, it helps to include:

- The version of Health Kitty you're running
- Your device and OS version — iPhone, iPad or Vision Pro
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Health Kitty reads your health data on-device and never transmits it anywhere,
so we can't see your data from our end. That means the detail you give us in
your email is all we have to go on.
